Booking conditions

Hairdresser -appointments or services that can not be met, must be canceled at least 24 hrs in advance. In the event of non-compliance with the above deadlines, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50 % of the service price for the loss incurred. In case of unexcused non-appearance at an appointment, you will be charged for the service at the full price. We therefore ask you to cancel your hairdressing appointments in good time. Thank you
